How I created Immersed

When I started creating "Immersed," I envisioned us swimming in the ocean. Not literal swimming, but navigating life's unpredictable currents. Despite the lack of control, it's not always a negative experience. Life resembles swimming in the vast ocean; we retain our will, intention, and purpose. As long as we hold onto them, our journey remains meaningful. Though we can't always dictate our destination, life is inherently beautiful.

In "Immersed," I sketched a woman attempting to alter her course, symbolizing our struggle to change direction amidst life's flow. Despite her efforts, she remains submerged, unable to easily steer. Yet, her intention, depicted by a flower, guides her. I included multiple flowers to signify the multitude of purposes and goals we encounter. Opportunities abound, some immediately apparent, others revealing themselves in due time.

The background's seemingly random patterns actually represent currents, subtly illustrating the abstract concept. I hope you find meaning in this piece. Thank you for taking the time to engage with my work.
